It is not a law firm, not a registered patent agent or attorney practice, and nothing on this site or in any deliverable constitutes legal advice, a legal opinion, or patent-prosecution or representation services.
No attorney–client (or agent–client) relationship is created by using this site, by submitting an enquiry, or by engaging the services described here. All legal advice, formal opinions, filing, prosecution and representation before any patent office must be obtained from your own qualified patent attorney or registered patent agent in the relevant jurisdiction.
Nature of the services
The work provided is technical and analytical support: prior-art and patentability searches, freedom-to-operate searches, invalidity searches, landscape and state-of-the-art studies, claim charting and evidence-of-use mapping, monitoring, commercialisation mapping, and IP administrative / docketing assistance. These outputs are research products and working documents intended to inform and support the decisions of your qualified professionals — not to replace them.
Specifically, the following remain solely with your attorney or agent: any determination of patentability, validity, invalidity, infringement or freedom to operate; any legal opinion or clearance; any advice on strategy, filing or enforcement; and any representation before a patent office or court.
Registration status
In the interest of full honesty: the founder holds a law qualification, a Company Secretary professional background with an IPR elective, an MBA in progress, and twelve-plus years teaching corporate, industrial and business law, and is preparing for the Indian Patent Agent (CGPDTM) examination but has not yet sat for it and is not a registered patent agent. Services are therefore offered strictly in non-legal analyst and support roles that do not require agent or attorney registration in your jurisdiction.
No guarantee of completeness
Patent and non-patent literature searching is inherently probabilistic. While every search is conducted carefully, with a documented and reproducible strategy, no search can be guaranteed to find every relevant reference. Databases have coverage gaps and publication delays, classifications are imperfect, and some material is never indexed. Search results reflect a diligent professional effort as of the date of search and should be treated as one input into your decision, not as a definitive or exhaustive statement of the prior art.
