Who this applies to
This policy covers IPCare360 (operated by Abhijeet Kumar) and this website. By using the site or sending an enquiry, you agree to the handling of information described below.
What I collect
- Enquiry details you provide: your name, email, and optionally your firm, phone number, chosen service and the message you send through the contact form or by email.
- Matter information: any invention details, patent numbers, documents or briefs you share so that work can be scoped and carried out.
- Basic technical data: standard server logs may record items such as IP address, browser type and the time of a request, for security and to keep the site running.
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioural trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving those files.
Why I use it

Your information is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing.
Confidentiality of your matters
Invention disclosures, asserted-patent details and any documents you share for a search are treated as strictly confidential. They are used only for your engagement, are never reused across clients, and I am happy to sign your NDA before any disclosure. See the terms for more on confidentiality during an engagement.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are delivered to a private email inbox. If the optional database feature is enabled on the server, enquiry details may also be stored in a private database accessible only to the founder. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are taken to protect this information; however, no internet transmission or storage can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
How long it is kept
Enquiry and engagement records are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet any legal or accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Your choices
You can ask, at any time, to see what information is held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted — simply email hello@ipcare360.com. Depending on where you are based, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR; reasonable requests will always be honoured.
Children
This is a business-to-business service and is not directed at anyone under 18.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The "last updated" date above will reflect any change.
